Our service memberships exist so you never deal with that. We watch your system remotely. We apply updates off-hours. We schedule an on-site annual review to recalibrate rooms, re-dress racks, and talk through new needs. You get one number to call — and we answer.

Foundation

Remote monitoring.

24/7 watch over the system's health. Proactive alerts when a device or subsystem falls offline. Monthly health reports. Priority response during business hours.

Studio

Annual on-site review.

Everything in Foundation, plus a yearly on-site visit. We re-calibrate rooms, tidy racks, update firmware, refresh network gear, and walk through anything that's changed in the household.

Reserve

Priority & after-hours.

Everything in Studio, plus guaranteed response times, after-hours support, loaner equipment, and an allocated technician for ongoing changes as the house evolves.

Warranty

A one-year integration warranty.

Every Matrix Digital Systems install ships with a one-year integration warranty. That covers our programming, our wiring, our mounting, and our labor — independent of any manufacturer warranty on the hardware itself.

Past the first year, our memberships extend the relationship indefinitely. Most of our clients stay on Studio tier for the life of their home.
