When you contact us, we collect the name, email, phone number, and project details you submit. When you become a client, we add the technical information required to design and service your system — drawings, device identifiers, and system health diagnostics.
We use inquiry information to respond to you. We use client information to design, install, and maintain your system. We never sell, trade, or market contact information to third parties.
Only the Matrix Digital Systems team. Where a project requires coordination with outside partners — an architect, a general contractor, or a manufacturer warranty registration — we share the minimum required information and only with your knowledge.
Camera footage recorded in your home is stored on your premises by default. We access it only with your explicit permission. Cloud backup is optional and opt-in. You can request deletion of any information we hold at any time.
